Recovery Winches, and Winch Accessories, our company built a new factory last year. An important customer, who has long been concerned about our diverse winch product lines, proposed to visit the new factory. For this reason, our staff worked overtime for more than half a month and completed the factory relocation in advance, ensuring that the production lines for Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, and even the assembly area for Winch Accessories were all in place.
However, in the afternoon of the day before the customer's arrival, the machine that had just been debugged for the production of key components of Recovery Winches and Offroad Winches failed to start. This machine is also crucial for the efficient manufacturing of Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, so our staff immediately contacted the manufacturer and asked them to send technicians for debugging. Unfortunately, the technician was on vacation. Seeing that more than half a month of overtime work, which was aimed at showcasing our advanced production capabilities for all types of winches, might be in vain, our staff felt extremely unwilling. Through numerous contacts, they finally found the technician on holiday. He was deeply impressed by our perseverance in ensuring the smooth production of Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, and other products, so he ended his vacation to support us.
At 12 o'clock in the evening, after more than three hours of intense debugging, the machine finally resumed running, ensuring that the production plans for Recovery Winches, Offroad Winches, and Winch Accessories could proceed as scheduled. In the early morning of the next day, the guests visited as scheduled. They were highly satisfied with our new factory, especially the advanced assembly lines for Hydraulic 4Wd Winches and the well-organized production area for Industrial Winches, and gave high recognition. After hearing the praise from the clients, we felt that all the extra work was worthwhile, as it laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation in the Hydraulic Winches, Offroad Winches, and other product fields.
