Self-made and customized a dual-station multi-function winch electric control detection system, which can efficiently detect the electric control performance of Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, Recovery Winches, and ensure the reliability of Winch Accessories related to electric control.
Transform the internal dynamic load test bench (testing room) and add the control system of the vertical test bench. This upgrade enables more accurate and comprehensive dynamic load testing for Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, as well as Hydraulic 4Wd Winches and Offroad Winches that often face harsh working conditions, and also covers the testing of key Winch Accessories.
Make a 3T adjustable
Atv Winch dynamic load test bench, which is not only convenient for small-size winch-type opening tests and obtaining various test certificates for Offroad Winches and Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, but also applicable to some small-sized Recovery Winches and their matching Winch Accessories, improving the efficiency of product certification.
Design a set of wire rope intercepting machine that can automatically control the length of the program, automatically cut off, and automatically fuse. This machine is specially used for processing wire ropes, an important part of Winch Accessories, ensuring the quality and consistency of wire ropes used in Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, and all types of Recovery Winches.
Add 2 drilling and tapping centers for the processing of product parts, which greatly improves the processing precision and efficiency of key parts for Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, Recovery Winches, and also lays a solid foundation for the production of high-quality Winch Accessories.
