Purchase inspection (test) equipment such as winch on-line detector in a planned way to enhance the testing capabilities for Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Offroad Winches, and Recovery Winches, and improve the material conditions of inspection (test); strengthen the inspection of inspection (test) work to ensure that the process is standardized and the records are true and effective. Strengthen internal audit, correct wrong practices in time, and steadily promote the operation of 16949 systems to lay a solid foundation for quality management of all winch products.
Strictly supervise the quality and follow up the rectification. Strengthen the quality awareness of all staff and realize the whole process coverage of quality control for Offroad Winches, as well as Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, Hydraulic 4Wd Winches, Recovery Winches, and Winch Accessories; Timely handle quality accidents, strengthen rewards and punishments, eliminate the occurrence of low-level quality errors in the production of any winch type or accessory, and reduce the customer claim rate by 5% every year; Give full play to the role of monthly quality meeting to ensure that quality rectification for Hydraulic Winches, Industrial Winches, and all other related products has actions and results.
